Qdoba Mexican Grill

Decent place for nachos if you're in the mood. Service is not excellent, drink machine was broken and their attempt to fix the situation was not very good.

It’s pretty good. I think the price to value of food ratio is off though.

Great food and great staff... get the queso!

I was supposed to review sooner but I totally forgot. Anywho this was my 1st time trying them and I really enjoyed it! I got the bowl and the staff Royale I believe his name was fixed it for me. They way he prepared it was really good. The staff was very friendly also and helped me find a location near my home. Whenever I'm in the area I will definitely be stopping in. Thank you for making my first experience a great one, I'm very picky about my food and service.

Uncooked rice. Spoiled the whole meal.

The food was okay and the place was just dirty! We had a hard time finding a table that was clean even though there weren't too many patrons.

Tried this place already with my friend and I am obsessed since then. I enjoy the good atmosphere and flavorful food and beverages. Great work.

Bland flavor. Won’t come back and would recommend Chipotle

Service was horrible and seemed like everyone there was in dissaray. Definitely didn't like waiting in like for 10 mins during lunch hour while they were in the back doing who knows what.Always good food, but this location was my first and last time.

Fast and tasty overall, but the green peppers in the fajita vegetables have an off taste.Addictive chips!

I've always loved Qdoba, but now they are offering vegan Impossible meat as a protein option, and I love them even more! I love any restaurant that makes an effort to welcome and accommodate their vegan customers too. Thanks to this new menu addition I'll be frequenting Qdoba even more than ever!

Food was dried out. Staff were disorganized. 1st and last time.

Great food and you order exactly what you want.

Everyone raves about Chipotle but I'm not a fan. Not enough choices there its all the same dish in different wrappers.Now Qdoba is way better, too bad that are not that many locations. We stop in here when out shopping in Woodfield area. We always have a nice meal here. Last time I had the tacos with a few different meat choices and really enjoyed them.

Don’t order online. Showed up and had to watch them continuously ignore my online order. People kept arriving after my order was placed and being served first. They didn’t care, and just rudely said ‘your order ain’t ready yet’. Total 20 minutes later than promised online.

The place offers a vast variety of fresh food. I love eating here. Employees are always kind, pricing is convenient and the spot is always clean.

Very quick line and funny employees. Restaurant is cleaned whenever it looks visually dirty and worth going here.

Food is great! I highly recommend the 3 Cheese chicken nachos with grilled chicken. Portions are generous. Grilled chicken is excellent, well cooked, good seasoning. All of the toppings look fresh and appetizing. Service is friendly and fast. I was very pleased. Wish there were more Qdoba locations to visit!

Great food. Royal is great and very friendly. However I think one of the managers here needs to work on her customer service. Very rude, while the other employees are kind. She gave us a half full bag of chips (normally they give three times the amount of chips Chipotle does, which is why we go here).

We used to order from here almost every week and were always happy. The past couple months the quality of good is really going down and the quantity of food is a lot less as well. Not sure if we will be continuing to order from here.

This is very much like a Mexican Subway, they don't have a large variety of types of food on the menu, the prices are high too. If you eat there, expect a bright setting and try to find a clean table.

Fresh food nice people

I have been to many chain restaurants and many times to different qdoba also, but this one visit to this branch would be my favorite.Prislly, Alondra, and Mary were very patient, professional, and kind even almost at the end of their shift. There were generous to take our order even at the last minute.They knew what they are doing and built out order with perfection and my family loved it.We ordered Nachos, Quesadilla, and Bowls. All were delicious.I highly recommend going to this place, and say hello if you see Prislly/Alondra/Mary there.

Sparse tough steak in my bowl. Loaded up with the cheap stuff aka rice and beans. Overall a step above chipotle only because of the price.

Still good, but the employees seem to have forgotten they are assembling people's meals in plain sight. They now slop the selections together like they are preparing food for farm animals. Not good; not smart. A little style and a little class needs to return.

Cheap choice tasty food and no extras charged

Love it ! Better than chipotle ! Only 4 stars because they seemed to be cleaning or re organizing had different foods out and such where they obviously shouldnt be . Overall great!

Always chose Chipotle over Qdoba. Decided to venture out and try Qdoba. The ingredients didn't taste fresh to me and meat had a lot of fat. Took 3 bites and had to throw it out. Delivery was on time though.

Great little place. I built my own burrito bowl. Since I'm on a low carb diet I left the tortilla and chips off the meal. It was a great dinner after a long day. The location was pretty easy to find. My Uber driver found the place easily. It was clean inside and the staff was super nice!!

Came in with an order for 3 burritos. Walked out 5 minutes later with 3 tasty burritos. Jordan was nice and very speedy. Good Qdoba experience.

Had to have some chips and spicy queso, just the right amount of salt on the chips and spicy in the cheese, yum!!!

My go-to for fast casual lunch. A little pricey for a bowl, maybe, but it's a lot tastier than the other Mexican food offerings around.
